My next guest is bar owner Lauren Jamieson owner of Lofi Laboratories, from my old neck of the woods, where I grew up - Modesto. Yes, Lauren is my first guest with an operating business in the Central Valley. And since I started this podcast, I've wondered about the restaurant/bar industry in other parts of California, the States, and the world.
